Booking Rooms at the Tutu Center

Alumni/ae may make reservations for sleeping rooms at the Desmond Tutu Center on-line by clicking here. In Chelsea, one of the hottest areas of downstown Manhattan, rooms that are comparable to the guest rooms at the Tutu Center can cost anywhere between $400 and $550 per night! Being so close to all major attractions in New York is well worth the price, but we like to do something special for our Alumni/ae. Through our partnership with Aramark, General offers these rooms as available at a special rate for graduates of General Seminary. We offer these rooms at minumum cost to enable as many alumni/ae as we can to be able to stay with us here on the close. With so many wonderful events happening at the Desmond Tutu Center, and only 60 guest rooms it is important that you book early, and availabilty may be limited.
