Center for Peace and Reconciliation

A new center at GTS, the Center for Peace and Reconciliation will be directed by the Professor of Church and Society in the Herbert Thompson Chair.

Through study and practice, the Center for Peace and Reconciliation will equip the people of God with tools for attaining justice, reconciliation, and peace in communities throughout the world. Under the guidance of the director, the Center for Peace and Reconciliation, the Tutu Center, and General Seminary will be positioned with other institutions on the forefront of contemporary thinking about action in the area of peace and reconciliation.
