Reservations are not valid until a confirmation number is issued. Confirmation numbers are sent to the associated reservation request via email. All reservations are subject to availability and are made on a first come, first served basis. Valid credit card information is required upon completion of this form to guarantee a room.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night penalty charge (one night room and tax). If the guest fails to cancel the reservation 3:00 PM (ET) on the day prior to arrival and fails to arrive a no-show fee will be charged (one night room and tax). There will be no penalty fee for guests canceling more than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival (before 3:00 PM (ET) prior to the day of arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out Procedure
Check-In is 3:00 PM (ET) and Check-Out is 12:00 Noon (ET). Guests arriving prior to check-in 3:00 PM (ET) will be accommodated if rooms are available. The Desmond Tutu Center offers complimentary luggage storage during check-in and check-out. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge until 3:00 PM (ET). After 3:00 PM (ET) all guests will be charged an additional night stay.
