Interviews at the winter conference take place during the conference itself. Please complete and submit the online application one week prior to your interview date.
You may register online for any of the conferences; to do so Open the Conference Online Registration Form.
GTS Prospective Student Webinars:
One-hour opportunities for prospective students to discover what the General Theological Seminary and the City of New York have to offer. We invite you to learn about GTS’s degree, diploma, certificate, and non-degree programs. Learn the various ways in which General students answer their own unique call to seminary education. Hosted by Billy Webster, Director of Admissions. Q&A with the admissions team immediately after the presentation.
Students of Color Vocations Day:
The Students of Color Association (SOCA) at General Seminary invites Christians of all denominations, lay or ordained, to attend our sixth annual Vocations Day in April 2014. Begun in 2005, SOCA's Vocations Days have drawn hundreds of participants. The event focuses on how people of color within the Episcopal Church and other Christian denominations can discern and realize their call to ministry, lay or ordained. Specially qualified presenters, Q&A sessions, worship, and a tour of the Seminary's beautiful campus are all part of the popular event.
Prospective Students interested in visiting GTS at times other than those outlined above should complete our Schedule A Vist form. Feel free to request a tour of the campus, worship with us in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd, dine with us in the Refectory, and sit in on a class. Guests who have submitted an application are encouraged to schedule faculty and admission interviews.
